Cancellation Policy
I understand life can be unpredictable! However, for the concern of my business and livelihood, I will be implementing a cancellation policy.
If you no show your appointment, I will be charging 50% of your card on file. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, I will be charging 30% of your card on file.
*I understand life happens. I will give each client 2 freebies of cancellations, and 1 freebie of a no show.
